The day of departure, back to that cold little frog country, sob... By the way, it promises to be 36 C today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, I put the suitcases away, which wasn't possible in the same apartment, but three blocks away. That meant lugging 100kg of stuff around the streets. But after that, I'm free to do something today. The flight isn't until 10 p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meantime, Carmen was allowed to transport all the remaining food and refrigerator items home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterward, we met up again at Bondi Beach, an hour's bus ride away. We had arranged to meet there at noon for a surfing lesson for Arthur and Carmen. In the bottom photo, they're walking toward the surfing spot on the beach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh yes, Bondi is not an English but an Aboriginal name, you pronounce it bond-ai, not bon-di. <\/p>\n\n\n
