We're staying in Sunshine Beach, near Noosa National Park. Today we walked the coastal trail there, about 10 km, to Noosa Head.

It's a beautiful coastal walk. Sometimes it climbs along steep cliffs to the cape at 150 meters, and sometimes it runs along the beach. In the south, the paths are unpaved, while on the north side, a section has been laid out as a boardwalk halfway through the trees, which is also popular.
You'll pass (literally) highlights with illustrious names such as Devil's Kitchen and Hell's Gate, but also Fairie Pools and Dolphin Point.
Stunning vistas, beaches, and unique plants! Take a look!
In the distance we also saw whales (I think). At some point, every wave becomes a whale. Around this time, the whales migrate along the coast here, have babies, and later continue north. Judge for yourself, whale or not?
Also saw nice birds:
A pair of Kookebaras (kind of Flemish Jay), takes away cookies, that's why it's called that
Local turkey with yellow wattle, walks everywhere where there is something to eat (by people), even more brazen, do not feed it!
And the Crested Pigeons
Furthermore:
– Large water turtle model
– Yellow Spiders, Walking Stick
– Small snake

Not seen, but close by: dolphins and koalas.
At the end, we went to the beach with some big waves. Not really swimming, you're completely covered in the surf. Fun, though. Lots of surfers here too, and you can rent boards. Arthur thought it was too cold.
We ended up in Noosa Head, a beach village with a shopping street, Hastings Street, full of clothes, for some much-needed retail therapy.
The walk back took another hour, so I took the bus. The porridge was pretty much gone by 5 p.m., and it'll be dark in one.
